Homemade bread

Had you heard about ancient grains? This experience will give you the opportunity to mix and knead the Sicilian ancient grains with sourdough, learn about their secrets and prepare a superb bread and other bakery products. You will see the leavening phase, attend to the bakery class and than taste the famous “pane cunzatu” (seasoned bread).
